A Li Shan is a light and refreshing Oolong with a subtle and lasting floral fragrance and a beautiful clear yellowish-green color. It is named after the mountain where the leaves are harvested. Extremely smooth with very little astringency. Multiple infusions produce good results every time.
Brewing: 1 T, 212 deg, 2 min, 3 infusions.
Brewing vessel: gaiwan, Yixing clay teapot. Gongfu or Kungfu brewing method strongly preferred.
