Black tea from Sri Lanka. In colonial times, this island-nation was known as Ceylon. This name is still used to describe all teas grown here. Ceylon tea is bright and lively, with a wonderfully delicate flavor. Perfect afternoon tea.

Brewing: 1 tsp, 212 degrees, 3 minutes, 2 infusions

Brewing vessel: ceramic or Yixing clay teapots are preferred

Storage: Keep Ceylon Black cool and dry with no direct exposure to sunlight. Keep it away from other spices.
