Also called Bi Luo Chun, very fragrant fluffy "Green Snail Spring" buds and leaves from West Hill near Suzhou.
The darker leaves uncurl into a rich jade green. The aroma is refreshing and the mild taste has hints of honeydew melon.
Brewing: 1.5 tsp, 170 degrees, 2 minutes, 3 infusions
