"Bao Hao Yin Zhen" in Chinese, Silver Needle is among the most revered of Chinese teas, produced in the Fuding and Zhenhe districts of Fujian province. These rare, long, slender, down-covered buds are prized for their health giving properties. Picked only for a few days in early Spring. Light flavored, with a buttery texture, mild aroma and pale yellow color.
Brewing: 1 T, 200 degrees, 2 minutes, 2 infusions.
