A very popular variety of Oolong tea from Wuyi Moutain. As one the common favorites among Gong Fu tea drinkers, this tea can be found in most Chinese restaurants' menu, where the spelling "Shui Hsien" is more commonly used. Moderately oxidized oolong tea, of hand twisted, mature leaves, "Water Sprite" or "Narcissus" tea gives a full-bodied taste liquor in light golden color always leaving lingering floral aftertaste in the mouth.

Brewing vessel: gaiwan, Yixing clay teapot. Gongfu or Kungfu brewing method strongly preferred.
